Recipes and Beef Tips
We support national beef organizations and the Beef Check-off Program.
This site is very complete, and is supported by Beef Check-off dollars.
You’ll find wonderful beef recipes, cooking tips, info about beef,
and nutrition information. Many of our beef photos came compliments
of the Cattleman’s Beef Board, and we thank them. www.beefitswhatsfordinner.com

OTHER
FINE FOODS
We’d like to share with you other great foods from the Gunnison
Valley.
A&A
Honey is raised by yet another Guerrieri family on Burt’s
mom and dad’s ranch. The bees make the honey along the Gunnison
River. You can purchase this great local product at health food stores
in the Gunnison area.
Smokey
Bay Fisheries
We met Jack and Eileen Hughes at a Western State College class in Gunnison.
Salmon in Gunnison? Yes, that’ right, because Jack spends part
of his time in Alaska, and brings the salmon directly to Gunnison. Visit
them on the web at:

We have great neighbors on Ohio Creek. John and Heather Messner
raise Curly Bashkirs, a unique breed of horse, and they also sell and
make Fine Using Cowboy Gear. Visit them at www.cowboycompany.com

Ray is a friend and fellow team roper. She draws the most amazing
sketches, of mostly western art. Check out her drawings at www.reneeray.com
Rein

hand cut with a plasma arc, by our friends Christine and Steve Cloninger.
Sandy met Christine in Montana when we took a Master Leave No Trace
